Amen! Dashlane has many problems. Mostly the disabling needed for some pages and site does not work. And support is another AI joke.

With our family, we use 1Password. And when I say “individuals”, I mean both singles and family units. Dashlane would work just fine, but my wife and I prefer the light and easy design of 1Password. I hope that helps, Kathy!

You say you prefer 1Password for individuals but what about a password manager for a couple. We only share a few passwords for banking, security cameras and our cars but not for our email or other accounts/apps. Given this info, would you recommend Dashlane, 1Password or another password manager?

It screws up frequently. It will make two copies of info for a site, one correct, one not, so be careful. It fails to fill in user names and passwords often, and will not fill in credit card info unless you type in more info than just doing the credit card info yourself. There had tio be better than this out there. Can’t wait for my subscription to end.

Yes. You can export to csv, excel and JSON formats.

You can export your passwords out of Dashlane and either use it elsewhere or keep the file for reference.
